Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Local delivery (Lebanon): 1–3 business days.

• International delivery: Not available at this time.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount (as stated in promotions).

Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) via email or WhatsApp.

Damaged Packages

• Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect.
