Refund policy

1. General Return Policy

At NCS (Najjar Computer Services), we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:

  • Condition: The product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

  • Return Window: Return requests must be made within 1 calendar day from the date of delivery.

  • How to Request a Return: Contact our support team via phone or message before sending any item back.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or not as described.


2. Item Not as Described

If you receive an item that differs from its description on our website (wrong model, specifications, or missing parts):

  • Your return will be automatically approved.

  • We will cover all shipping costs and arrange pickup.

  • You may choose between a replacement or a full refund.


3. Returns for Personal Reasons (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons:

  • The product must be unused and in original, sealed packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for all delivery and return shipping fees.

  • Refunds or exchanges are processed after inspection of the returned product.


4. Issues After Receiving the Product

If you encounter a problem after receiving your order:

  • Do not send the product back immediately.

  • Depending on the issue, our team will guide you through warranty repair, exchange, or replacement procedures.


5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items in new condition if requested within 1 calendar day of delivery.
The replacement will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.


6. Refund Processing Time

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • Refunds are processed within 1 business day after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used for the order.


7. Warranty Terms

Adapters

  • Warranty: 3 months

  • Excludes: Physical damage, electric shock, and power cable issues.

Batteries

  • Warranty: 1 year (covers total loss).

  • During the first 3 months, the battery must deliver at least 1 hour of usage on balanced mode to remain covered.

Laptops

  • Warranty: 1 year covering all laptop components.

  • Adapter warranty: One-time replacement only.

  • Battery warranty: 3 months.

  • Customer may exchange the laptop within the first week if a manufacturer defect is found.

  • NCS reserves the right to retain the laptop for up to 2 working weeks for diagnosis and repair in case of significant defects.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Software or digital products.

  • Items damaged by misuse, physical impact, or liquid exposure.

  • Items missing serial numbers, stickers, or accessories.
